Sophie King Bed

The Sophie King Bed is a handcrafted statement piece that blends timeless elegance, Old World influence, and refined artisanal craftsmanship.

Made in Peru by skilled artisans, the Sophie Bed is constructed from high-quality solid woods and features a dramatic sculpted headboard and footboard accented with reverse-painted glass around the edges. The decorative glass adds depth, dimension, and a subtle reflective quality that gives the bed a distinctive and luxurious presence.

The hand-applied finish combines distressed white, soft cream, and gray tones with a gray undertone, creating a beautifully layered and gently aged appearance. Subtle distressing and crackle details highlight the curves and architectural elements of the design while adding warmth and character.

The Sophie Bed works beautifully in French Country, Shabby Chic, Traditional, Old World, Rustic Luxury, Romantic, Farmhouse, and European-inspired interiors.

Its sculptural silhouette and substantial scale make it an ideal focal point for a primary bedroom or luxury guest room. The combination of high-quality solid wood, decorative glass, and hand-finished detailing gives the bed a timeless look designed to complement both elegant and relaxed interiors.

As the manufacturer, Casa Bonita works directly with skilled artisans to create furniture that reflects exceptional workmanship, attention to detail, and lasting quality. Each Sophie Bed is individually handcrafted and hand-finished, so natural variations in wood grain, distressing, color, and glass detailing are part of its authentic character.
